We are confident that our mattress are too good for you to return.
Returns are only accepted if the products are faulty. Or we can offer a partial refund if want to keep the faulty mattress.
The buyer would have to pay for returns postage and packaging.

Please make sure the packaging is intact when accepting delivery, if there are any visible signs of damage on the packaging please DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

Please inform us of any damaged items and we will re-dispatch your item swiftly (Please see the return policy below).

· If any items have a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you swiftly. Please notify us in writing within 7 days.

· Please do measure your bed before ordering as we cannot accept any returns due to the bed not fitting within the space available.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging.

In case of the damaged item please send the description of the damage supported by the pictures immediatly via email to us.

In both of the above cases you will have to pay for the postage unless specified by us. 

Once we have received the faulty goods we will refund the full cost of the original purchase together with the return postage you paid.

However, please note that if there is no fault associated with the item we will not refund the return postage (we will only refund the original cost of the item).

Yes, our mattresses are customized to your specification.

Our mattresses are vacuum packed and rolled, which doesn't affect the mattress quality in any way shape or form. Once you receive the mattress we advise to let it take its shape for up to 24 hours max, but usually the mattress will be ready to sleep on within 2-4 hours.

All our mattresses are delivered Free Of Charge!*

We deliver to anywhere in the U.K. All deliveries are to the front door of your property.

If you reside in a block of flats delivery is to the ground floor lobby of the building only.

Please inspect the item before taking delivery.

We cannot guarantee specific times of delivery.

We do not deliver on weekends unless specified by us in advance.

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Any region above Aberdeen or any other offshore islands please ask us before you order so that we can make sure we can deliver to you. 

*The following postcodes will incur a delivery surcharge:

KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, BT, TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH, SP including all postcodes in Devon and Cornwall. Please contact us for delivery charges to these areas.
